They seem to be a similar team to us. Small team, guard oriented. They are more balanced tho, 5 guys averaging double figures... No big men that play that often. Should be a fun matchup.

Glad you guys got into a tournament.
ODU lost in our conference tournament because Lee ( you remember him i guess) twisted his ankle and couldn't play the second half against VCU.
We are playing the Citadel, don't know alot about them.

We played Rider last year when they had a big post player. He graduated and was picked 17th in the draft. We had a 10 pt lead on them up to the last minute or so.

Good luck, you can take them!!

"The CIT is a single-elimination tournament, consisting of four rounds, with the first three rounds being played at on-campus sites, which is determined by seeding. The inaugural championship game will be played at an on-campus site to be determined by seeding."

From our write up...

We still have a seed.

They beat Davidson by 18 once and they went on a long winning streak beating college of charelston and a few other big socon teams. they seem to be legit.

Just from looking at their ESPN page...

They have a 4th year senior bruiser center who is their leading scorer.

They were destroyed by VCU, but beat Chuck South...

They beat a Steph-less Davidson team.

Had a solid SoCon season.

I'm slightly worried about this game with Rider. They beat a Siena team that is tourney bound and also beat a very good Niagra team.

They split with Siena, home and home.

They lost two against Niagra, only won one.

They just did what we do in conference. Beat the better teams at home, but not on the road.

They're on the road against us.

They lost at Binghamton, at Niaga, at Siena. So they lost at the good teams they played on the road...
