PATHETIC!

...they unplug the vending machines in the Vines Center during games.
That's lame and anti capitalistic. It goes against everything Liberty stands for. If Liberty Dining can't compete with 20oz sodas for $1.25 than they need to give up and poor more resources into Doc's Diner.

Clever eh? But I'm also completely serious. I had it planned before I left the house that the vending machine was how I was going to obtain a Dr Pepper. I didn't bring enough money for a novelty cup.

That sucks. The cups are a ripoff anyways. It's like 16 oz., and 14 oz. of that is ice. And it's not even the ice you can chew on. It's huge, round pieces of ice.

Stop drinking soda and drink water or you will end up on the Biggest Loser.

6'1" 185. I'm pretty sure I'd have to lose more than my body weight to win that competition.

Every other home game this year the soda machines have been working. I don't know what happened tonight.

My husband uses the vending the machines to get a bottle of soda and it never fails, each time he gets something else he doesn't want. We had a collection of some red soda (the Mountain Dew one?) in our refrigerator for a while there.

Count me in as one who was highly dissappointed with the vending efforts. I promised my kid a Jesse Sanders Bar and had to settle for a stale Twinkie and a bag of yellow popcorn.

I used to love getting a $1.25 bottled drink in the Vines, because it was already cold, didn't need ice or a straw, and it was half the price of a fountain drink.
Prediction: fans will have to be body-searched from now on, because they'll be trying to smuggle in drinks from the machines in DeMoss. Will those get unplugged, too?

You know what was pathetic? Your performance last night was pathetic. I'd be embarassed to be a "FlameFans"

Yeah. That goes down as the stupidest post I have ever read.
Are you the Jim Nance that played for the Patriots in the 70's?

I can't believe that they would unplug the vending machines! You know, they would get more business if they would let people by from the machines instead of the concession stand because more people would buy them because they are less expensive. However, I happen to like the Flames cups.

I'm never embarrased! Win or lose, I will always back them up! As I always say, "GO FLAMES"

For clarity, I was calling Nance's post the stupidest. Why would anybody be ashamed to be a fan? It makes no sense whatsoever, and goes contrary to any definition of a fan.
