I think that the ODU game will be big even though it doesn't count toward conference play. We have to prove that the George Mason and UVA wins weren't flukes. Of course the VMI and Radfurd games are huge. Need to take them both out to get the top seed and I wouldn't be too surprised if we did that. In the BSC tourney anything is possible.

Our chances of getting the top seed are very slim Stevev, even if we win out. Radford would have to lose 3 of their last 4 games. On the other hand, I think we stand a good chance to get the 2 seed.

We have won 9 out of our last 11. Those 2 losses were in double OT, RU, which we all know we were jobbed, and GW which we handed over to them on a silver platter. Needless to say we've been playing some good ball.

Actually the last 3 losses were in 2OT going back to the Presby game which is just remarkable.

We have got to be close to some kind of record for most multiple overtime games played in a season. I can't find it though. The records at ncaa.com lump all overtime games of all lengths together.
The record for most overtime games in a season is 8. Let's hope we don't go there.

If Liberty beats VMI on Tuesday 2nd place is certain. A sweep of VMI would give us the tie breaker.

yeah, we're in the driver's seat for 2nd place, the result of tuesday's game will be huge for both teams because asheville is only 1.5 games back. if they win their last game and vmi or lu lose their last 2, that'll be a tie for 3rd

That's not accurate.. UNCA will be the 4th seed regardless as LU & VMI hold the tie breakers over us having (at worse) split with Radford this year- we dropped both close games to RU..

I don't think you're right. If we lose out, we're 11-7. If UNCA wins their last game they are 11-7. We both split. We would have both been swept by RU, both split with VMI. Then it depends on who finishes 5th. If WU does, then we win the tie breaker, if it's GW, then UNCA wins it, if it's PC then UNCA wins it as well.

Well, I suppose that is correct & there is a chance to move to 3rd- not that I'm banking on you guys dropping your last 2 though, especially with VMI at the Vines & with Radford not needing to beat you guys in the last game for the 1 seed or standings.. I was thinking both VMI & LU had wins over RU whereas we were swept by the Highlanders- really bothers me now that we let that RU game get away at home...
