I'm very glad this was not a Sat-Mon turnaround. Tuesday at least gives our guys the extra day of rest.

A win here is a must.

We get down early. Fight back to have a close score at halftime. We then let them go on an early run in the 2nd half. And then we step on the gas and get up big with 10 minutes left to go. The end.

A win over High Point tomorrow is essential, obligatory, manditory, expedient, vital, imperative, requisite, compulsary and crucial.

A loss would be.....................................

Hey again, hopefully we can get another good game Tomorrow night like we had last time (hopefully yall get the the same home court officiating advantage we got). I expect Curry to have a much better game and yall should put us away but we are a lot better than our record indicates, in the last few weeks we have played down to the wire against the top 3 teams in the conference and just haven't been able to finish. HP is coming off by far its best shooting performance of the season (although against VMI only proves you can make wide open shots). I'll be making the trip but it won't be the usual loud obnoxious HP road crowd because tomorrow night is the kick off to spring rush for Fraternities which means we wont be as loud but thankfully should cut out most of the drunk idiots that travel with us.

Believe me...any home court officiating for LU only happens on the road.....check the Radford game thread and the offciating thread. Home refs have not been kind.

That was a complete thought...I just chose to not go into to much detail....

RECENTLY (at a game that did not end well for us) a coach's wife came a little toasted....got into some stuff with our fans...one guy told her to relax b/c the average age of a coach's wife dying is 60...she finally loosened up enough to laugh. (while smelling it) he suggests her to start having a few drinks to relax before the game....she fires back "I ALREADY DID AND I'M STILL NOT RELAXED!!!"

It was a funny story

This has been the case since I can remember, and certainly from day one when we joined the BSC. For a long time we were the only team that had any kind of consistent rabid fan support, and it just seemed that the officials felt a need to compensate to make up for our home court "advantage". I agree that in conference we have generally gotten better breaks from the refs on the road than at home.

The head ref for tonight is good. The other two have only done non-D1 games for us.

I'm thinking an appearance for my fans may be needed tonight.
