It didn't work out in 2008 and it opened the door for Jesse.

Apparently he is playing for Eastern Kentucky this year, which raises questions as to why he didn't come to LU. Couldn't have been academics or he wouldn't be playing there. Needless to say, we are happy that Jesse is a Flame.
