RU Hoops Message Board

This almost feels like the rivalry is on the verge of being renewed. Its been awhile since we both had good squads in the same year.

Nice crew necks dorks. They really spread around the scoring. I think their main weapons in the Big South has been their size and post play. Lucky for us, our wacky 5 guard zone seems to nullify that, even against the major conference teams. Their guards better be ready to shoot.

I smell Doppleganger fun ... or is it something else.

Best thing I saw on their board when I was looking at it this morning:
f**k Liberty. f**k Gabe Martin.

Another thought: They've got to be the favorites next year. All juniors.

I don’t know, there’s a lot of teams who aren’t losing much after this year.

shoot sly. I tried to quote you to get the picture of that kid and I think I hit edit by mistake. Sorry. You'll have to refind a picture of who ever that other guy was that I've never seen before.

technically, they're mock turtlenecks- but "dorks" was my first thought as well

in a "love thy brother" kinda way, of course.

What Sly will be missing on Saturday...
The famous Zooperstars will be entertaining fans at both Basketball games this Saturday...Characters scheduled for Saturday include Tiger Woodchuck, Lebronco James, Donovan McCrab, Dick Flytale, and Mackural Jordan.
(This was confirmed in an email from BG sent out all Flames Club members).

Joey Lynch-Flohr is a pretty solid player

Looks like Radford just got hammered by VMI. Of course, that means very little to us. If we have learned anything this year it is that you cannot really compare opponents and results. It doesn't work that way for us. Lynch-Flohr was solid. I think he finished with 19-20 points. Artsio is a tough big guy in the middle, but I'm not sure how he will perform against out five guard set.
