Talk about it if you want. I just didn't want to start one about the Depaul game without at least mentioning this game.

Anderson used to be a rather high profile Christian college back in the day. Tons of Christian musicians used to come out of there.

I know the Anderson in my hometown is quite the hotbed for local/regional music, and they have several music based degrees. I almost wound up going there, since it's 10 minutes from my house.

I didn't even see that there are two Anderson Universities. That's weird.

Yup, the Trojans and the Ravens. I knew it was the one from SC since I checked to make sure that my hometown team wasn't coming to the Vines.

Yes, they play in Conference Carolinas, a DII Conference. Same Conference as Coker.

Im leaving to go home the morning before this game. I fully expect this to not be a close game. I think LU wins this one by a similar margin as the Coker game. No way they look past this one to the Vegas tournament games

My grandparents used to live in Brownsburg when I was a kid and went to Don Tyler's church. I assume the town added something to do in the past 30 years.

Haha your assumptions would correct Sly now Brownsburg is like Indy in the sense you don't know where the town begins and ends. Its a very rich community now as well. Small world finding someone else that lived in the Burg

Is this same school as Hyles-Anderson or something like that?

Posted: December 14th, 2008, 3:26 pm
by Sly Fox
No ... Hyles-Anderson and those types don't play against worldly teams like LU.

But our uniform shorts (guys' & ladies') are finally at the length that even Jack Hyles himself would approve. :clapping
