We are really banged up right now obviously. I havent really heard any news on the guys that are injured. How long are we without Baker and Anderson. Also I heard on the postgame show that Mcmasters is only 60%, I assume it's his ankle since he has that pad on it? Obviously it's too early to speculate on Floyd's injury. But if you guys could fill me in on the other 3 injuries I'd appreciate it. I've never been a big fan of TB but were at the point where we could use those guys healthy

TB should be back in a few weeks. I don't know if we will get Jeremy back. Carter is definitely hurt, so that's why he's not playing much. Hopefully Brolin's injury is just a bruise and not a break. That's what we should hope for...

I talked to Jermey tonight and he said he is having surgrey in about 2 weeks and will be done for the season. Brolin injury is looking like a sprain to his ankle from what the trainers said tonight. Tyler is suppose to be back by mid Decmber or before.

I've heard that for 2+ years. I'll believe when I see it. We really need him back though. Tough loss with JA out for the year. Another bad thing about him being out all year is it puts us with 9 scholarship players in one class- the 7 freshman and Anderson and Minaya.

They are making a pont of saying that Carter is "hurt" not "injured". Apparently it is a bruise, which is bad enough to affect his play but no real risk of further injury.

On the post-game radio show, our asst. coach said Brolin's injury was to his foot not his ankle.

I knew one of the freshmen were gonna get hurt, I just didn't know who. I hate that it's Brolin.
On a semi-funny side note: I think the four guys sitting at the end of our bench, if all healthy and eligible, would start for pretty much any team in the league.

Four guys, huh? Trying to do the math & connect the dots. These four?
Baker
Anderson
Brolin
Minaya

That would be the four. The start at any school is maybe an exaggeration but we've got four really good guys sitting down there. Hopefully it's only four for a game or so and we can get Brolin back.

Either way, that's a crying shame.

Time for Weaver to step up his game (or Austin/Carter).

I was really looking forward to seeing Brolin play Monday night

If its a sprain or a bruise, you might still see him play monday night...

I doubt he plays tomorrow night if he's even able to considering we have a home conference game on Saturday. If at all possible we would rather him play then as opposed to tomorrow night. Hopefully he won't be out too long as we are getting kinda thin with all these injuries.

Man, foot problems suck. If we find out it's a fracture or something, is anybody going to be suspicious of our floor? Although I guess in Brolin's case, somebody could have dropped a sledgehammer on it, I didn't see.

Baker's boot?

Confirmation on the boot. Didn't appear to be in pain, no crutches (BJ did have one crutch today). Still could be a fracture but no way of knowing without asking.
