We're picked 4th. What were we picked last year?

6th.

Being picked fourth is actually good for LU in terms of expectations. We can only go up from there, with a tremendous opportunity to move up this year.

I doubt Peele is very happy about being picked first this year. They'll most likely finish below that expectation. The question is, how far?

Gardner-Webb is my biggest concern this year. It will be interesting to see how well LU matches up with them.

Smith seems to be the consensous pick of all publications combined. Smith, along with Curry as top newcomer seem to be the only two things that most of them agree on. And since none of them are actually picking us to win, then I guess it's pretty safe to say that LU is regarded as somewhat of a dark horse in this race. A race with no clear cut front runner at the moment.

Which I don't think is a bad thing at this point. We could totally stink or could be one of the top tier teams in the Big South. I like being a bit of an enigma--doesn't add any extra pressure.
