it's great to see this team be able to come through and win a close game on the road...it's not something we've seen a ton of the last couple of years...I know ECU isn't that great and that we beat them last year, but to me I think it's a great win for RMK's first true road game.

I talked with Bailey Alston today (yes THE Bailey Alston ) and he told me he was at the game last night and he had a couple of thoughts. 1st was that East Carolina appeared to have more talent at certain positions but that our guys totally outplayed them the whole night. He also said that we were well coached, shared the ball and played as a team and that is why we won. He was very impressed with coach McKay. Bailey also said that BJ Jenkins looked great and that Tee Jay really controlled the game. Overall he was proud of the team. That means a lot coming from him. He also said he is going down to the Campbell game too. Bring on the Wildcats of Kentucky.

I think you got that one backwards Sly...But really I do recall having conversations like that with him back in the day. My response was always, something like, you gotta be kidding right? It was good to hear his enthusiasm for the team though. He wanted me to go down to the game too but I have too much homework to do in my project Management class....Anyway, this was a great weekend to be a Flame. I may wear my football jersey to work tomorrow. NO? Too much?

i cant take it anymore tb doesn't get hurt he's like superman or tim tebo whichever you prefer haha he's just working hard to get ready for when we really need him...BS time! He played against coker cause it was like practice and even the best player in the NCAA needs some practice. Look for him to play at UK cause we need the best player in the nation when we pull off a huge upset haha
