That says wonders for me and is enough to justify the change. The players had begun to tune RD out and regardless of the talent on this team, they weren't going to rally behind RD--that's a fact, the players have all but come out and say it.

The fact is they love RMcKay and have bought in to whatever he is selling.

There comes a time when a change is necessary and may have been that neither party was at fault. It was just time--but people always want more reasons. In reality, the split was in need from both sides and Barber did what he thought he had to do to improve this team. I think that is the heart of the issue.
