Alright, this is driving me nuts. Why does our team need to turn up the intensity as the announcers keep saying that we are doing...shouldn't we have been playing this way the whole time.

I played high school bball. Its not hard to get motivated when you're playing the best team in the conference. Somethings wrong.

I played in a crappy conference with a couple of good players on our team...so, we we're always the top.....

I played varsity, but mostly came off the bench and we were at or near the top as well. Still, even playing other teams that were close to our ability we had to get motivated. I started for JV though and when we played the top team I was never more motivated. We had a very motivational oriented coach though.
