Is it just me or does anyone here that obnoxious lady screaming at the top of her lungs on the radio broadcast?

I don't find that too troubling Oldie. I know what you are saying though. The bench will have to start to show that they are more reliable and get more minutes or the starters will get worn out. The reason I don't find it troubling is that the bench didn't log big minutes. I do find the large shooting droughts collectively something that needs to be overcome. at one point in the second half Liberty was 4 for 18. I think this home stand is going to be tough too with 2 of the better conference teams coming to town and 2 CAA teams.

Shooting droughts and FREE THROW shooting. That is going to bite us in conference play. I still say most of that is mental and focus related. Great to see us gut one out though. This team has heart.

We may have missed a few down the stretch yesterday (probably due to fatigue) but to date this year we are the best free throw shooting team in our conference. We are shooting over 70% as a team on the year. I will be very happy if we can maintain that as an overall average. Hopefully our bench will earn more confidence from Layer and our starters will have fresher legs when they have to make those big ones at crunch time in conference play.

Yesterday our shooting was fine. It was turnovers that kept the game close; something we had problems with last year, but it looked like we had improved on til the last couple of games.
