I just think fouling in that situation is not right... too many things can happen... fouled shooting a 3...an intentional foul....you stop the clock...they could make 1, miss the 2nd and get the put back or get fouled... you just have to check them for 4 seconds...if they make a 3 then you tip your cap and go ot....
