LU having a rebuilding year from my prospective.......

the old staff got players that were already good. They didnt get any better. i.e. TeeJay, Brewington, Blair,........ all great players mind you.

the new staffs philosophy is to bring in good players while they are still green and mold them into great players.(FOR FOUR YEARS).

In my opinion, to build a successful program you cannot expect to rely on one and done transfers. I think that to be in a rebuilding year is a good thing. That is something that we havent had around our basketball program for a while. We all know it starts from the ground up.

P.S. If Kyle Singler or Psycho T wanted to transfer, i would have to reconsider my philosophy.

Yes, that "four year" thing is the best concept. A lot of the guys on UNCA & WU were 4 (or 5) year guys.
