This was the first time I got to hear Scar on TV (I usually just listen to Jerry ZZZZ Edwards on the radio over the internet since I don't get the LN). I was impressed with the broadcast and the commentary. I agree with Medic that it was on par with the Big Ten telecasts.

The crowd looked good as long as they didn't show shots from behind the baskets, but that has always been an issue. Even during the championship game in '04 it was a little bare in the endzone seats.

SJ: did you pay people to put your face on TV? I've never met you, but I have now seen your face from every angle possible.

In the Vines we camera guys just look for the activity and cheering. Those guys are "IT". No payments are made.

I always enjoy Scar's broadcasts because he at least knows the players and what they can do. I think I've heard "Chris Jenkins" a couple times this year on broadcasts, apparently some morphed combo guard that Winthrop plays occassionally.

i watched the game after getting home from the burg and SCAR you did a great job as usual , and ray did too. i just wish they would change the graphics.

We said the same thing on Saturday. The graphic with all of the Flames is terrible. The broadcast is great, but some of the graphics are just bad.

good to be in the vines center saturday night even if LU almost made me choke a few times. didnt see the scuffle everyone is talking about. kind of sorry that i didnt.

the team seemed to have lost their shooting touch in that game. glad they managed to pull out the win but i hope they find it again before the game tonight.

i understand it was a sloppy game but has that sloppy play happened a lot this season??

from the 2 games I've been able to see: YES

very streaky on Offense and prone to sloppy play.

The "D" has been stout, however
