good all around game. i was sitting like 8 rows up behind all the lunatic guys and i think i was in the last row standing the whole game. right when the game started we stood up and everyone in the 3 rows behind us got up and moved. why do they come if they're not gonna stand up and cheer?

The stat that stood out to me the most--besides TeeJay's 12-12 shooting from the line--was BJ Jenkins' 8 rebounds to lead the team tonight.

Super, Bryson, & JDUB, Coach McKay even mentioned the "LUnatics" in his post-game show interview.

Let me just say that we're doing everything possible to get our reputation back to being the hardest place to play in the Big South.

CSU's coach hates us. He made the biggest mistake ever by turning around and talking to us.

We were in their little point guard's head from the beginning of the game on.

We sold 18 shirts, which wasn't bad for the amount of people that knew about them and some of our regulars weren't there. The shirts turned out really nice.

I DVR'd the game, but can't get it online, so Scorcho, get me a copy if you get a chance. I'm trying to get a copy of everything that has us on tv or mentioned in interviews to keep and put together later on down the line.

One of the guys was helping a handicapped guy get in his chair comfortable and when backing up, accidently backed in to the LUPD officer who proceeded to shout off at the mouth. The guy refused to give him his name and ID number (and I prob. wouldn't have either). Anyway, the officer continued to raise a stink after one of our guys apologized and said it was an accident.

Stupid ordeal that just shouldn't happen.

New guy here, seemed like we played pretty well tonight. I didn't get to attend my lil sis was playing close to the 'burg, but the numbers look good. I think the program is already turning the corner a little. We haven't truly been blowin' out (outside of the UK game) and UNCA looks legit and Winthrop isn't bad so those aren't terrible losses. If we can get the ones we should get and maybe one or two that maybe we shouldn't with a decent seed we've got a chance to make a run. We're well, well coached and we've got some talent. Smitty doesn't always show up in the stat line with huge numbers, but he has to be the best player in the league. Just have to get the close ones. And kudos to Jon and the rest of his guys for getting things going tonight. From what I read the atmosphere was starting to rock a little bit. Good stuff. Go Flames!

Super, didn't you have some type of electonic megaphone last night? I could even hear it from my seat. You guys do make the game fun for us who are sitting on the Baptist side.

nice win last night. the atmosphere was really good as well. the roping off of the upper sections actually did force people down toward the front til i guess the students got lazy and did not want to walk further. i thought about 4,500 but oh well, still a good crowd. the LUnatics did a great job, and the chants were funny. the play on the court was pretty good, not many scoring lapses, though i felt we got a bit sloppy in the second half. it was a great start to the homestand and let's beat coastal monday!
