First, we havent accomplished anything, youre right, and if youre a Dunton fan it would make no sense for you to be as excited as we are, and thats fine. Alot of us are just happy for something new and different. McKay's energy for this program and his excitement about where the program is headed is what makes us all giddy about Liberty basketball. The fact that Ritchie just about knocks a table over when he finds out 5 people are going to an away game makes it hard for us not to throw a pep rally over our basketball team. Ritchie has brought energy, and we all have bought into it. If RD would have finished higher, fine. To be honest I think Id rather have a lower finish with Ritchie just because of the man he is and how he loves on us. Becuase in reality he is one of us. Hes gonna win games and hes gonna lose games, and hes going to make mistakes. Thats life. I guess its just easier to like a coach who doesnt say eff you to the fans in the stand.

Ill give you a couple hints - our guy named Lee, sheet for Lee, between 6-8 students yelling "We want Lee" during a timeout. He says something to a player, then looks up sees us and there you go. Not hearsay. It happened. For some reason I do have a feeling there are others who will say RD did not have PineSol in his mouth, but I could be wrong. But I do know what he said, dont challenge me on that.
