We are going to have home and homes with GMU and VCU in the next few years. We play one on the road this season, The other will then join in the mix with alternating home and away games for the next few years. I think George Mason starts it with a road game. Then GMU comes to Lynchburg next year and we go to VCU. Reverse it the following years.

Yipee! GMU is up here where I am. Last time (or at least the last time I know of) that LU played at GMU, Dad and I got tickets given to us outside the arena. When we got in, we found out they were in the section for the Professors and Staff! Boy did I look funny in my LU sweatshirt there. And it was even funnier when we beat them. That was sometime between '89-'93.

Tracey, I was there too. I went in the locker room and told my boys how proud I was of them. That was 92 I believe and I was living in Alexandria then. Toomer used to stay with me at my apt whenever Liberty played anywhere in the DC area or Baltimore. Those were fun times. I tried not to keep him out too late
