The new AD looks young but seems genuine. Here are some quotes from the interview with Ray:

On his first day on campus: "I met with the all the coaches on campus this morning. I told them I want to run the program like the SEC does. We may not have the budget but we can do things the right way."

About the LU football program: "I'm excited about opportunity to open the Football Operations Center this summer. It will enhance the program from strength & training standpoint. For recruits to come in and see a building like that, much like I did during the interview, it shows the school has a commitment to the football program."

On his fundraising background helping LU: "I was on the phone with several donors tonight and I felt a commitment from them. When I came here I felt there were people who want to give to the program."
