I tend to believe HMO if for no other reason than dickens but only for the reason that he calls it both ways. I still expect a second source just to be sure no matter who says it among the guys round here (except Chris naturally)

Also, do you guys think Armon is going to play much of a role this season? Or is he just a project a year or two away?

First off, he was just reporting what a player told him personally.

Second, there are many on this board who have met Coach personally and have less than good things to say about him. To throw out an overgeneralization like that (is that a word?) you better be able to back it up, and in this case, you can't.

I've met Coach D and he's a really nice guy, but that has nothing to do with the way he coaches this basketball team.

Chris is a journalist...you may be too but I don't know that. Im sure he will look into it, and something will be said. I'll talk to him about it and that will be that. As I said before, you may very well be right, but that's just the way I handle anything.

I wouldn't be "real" quick with that assesment (Get it "REAL" ok couldn't resist) There are those on the board that DO know how the guys are treated. That know a lot about the situation from YEARS of exposure. So not everyone has an opinion based on limited understanding of the inner machinations of the program.

As long as Rish is not on a basketball scholarship, I don't see where this is anybody else's business on this board or otherwise how his schooling is paid for. Rish is a good kid and if he is getting help from whatever souce he is getting it, I am ok with it (not that my opinion matters in this case).
