This is the first of many many players brought here by Dominic Okon...he was asked to produce one or two 6'10" - 7' every 3 years...well, here's our first, hopefully of many many more to come

From what I hear he runs the floor great, even as good as E. Miller did...We should know something in the next few days...well, it be official at least

If we can get a stream of foreign players in the mold of Leo Lightbourne, we'll be alright for years to come. I wish we could duplicate ten of that guy. Talk about high energy!

Also keep in mind the amount of growth he showed through his career...I think he's one of the better examples of players that have developed while at LU...I feel we have a few on the bench right now that could develop just as much

I'm a Baker-hater.

I just don't like his game. But I'm all for being converted.

I know he's not really a prospect for us anymore, but I found it interesting that he is now playing at Bishop O'Connell in Arlington and is now listed as a 2008 prospect.

I actually was listening to a high school sports show back home (I returned from Arizona last night) and they are saying that Georgetown is one of the schools looking at him right now (Bishop O Connell is playing down in Myrtle Beach SC which features one of the schools from Hampton Roads)

So after decommitting from Harvard, he's committed to Davidson. Unbelievable.

He spent a year here in the States so qualifying shouldn't a problem. What is the maybe in reference to?

Two things.
1. Though he's sent his NLI, there has been no announcement from the school. Perhaps he's already cleared admissions, perhaps not.
2. I heard Dell Curry say that Davidson and Liberty would play each of the next two years. If Davidson is really in the Jimmy V Classic next year, I don't see how there is room on the schedule for a game against Liberty. I hope it happens. I'd love for the Curry family to be able to see Seth and Steph play each other. We'll see.

Maybe next year for Davidson and Liberty? Hope so, primarily because that would mean that Steph doesn't take the early leap to the NBA.
