Someone needs to let Layer know it isn't working. Last two times we have done it they had shots in the lane. Great D!

I realize that but sometimes it seems to stop any momentum we may be getting. I guess it seems like a lot since we are normally down and always playing from behind.

1- we pass without purpose. We pass just to pass. Not rhyme or reason and then end up over passing.
2- very un disciplined on defense. We play good for about 20 seconds, get impatient and foul the ball handler

I think you are right about the Offense, we just don't seem to be playing as a team right now. I know it early .......

Lot of talk going on about that..I would imagine if extended there is a performance clause in there where he has to reach certain goals for contract to extend
