Apparently the UNCA blowout of Presby in Clinton is at least partially explained by the fact that Coleman went out with an injury 10 minutes into the game with the Blue Hose ahead and did not return. No information on what it is or how bad.

hmmm. May be out for the year? A shame for him.

I really don't know what to expect but I know that Coleman is done for the year which doesn't bode well for our inside game.

It's true. He has to have surgery later this week. Luckily, they are saying he'll be back for the beginning of next year.

We have some young talent that can replace Coleman but I'm not sure they're ready yet. We are really going to have to play well to beat some people....

It's a blow for them, no doubt. But I still think Presby is good, and if they were eligible for the conference tourney, I could see them winning.

Nibbert is a solid coach who gets the most out of his roster, no matter how deep, and he's been there forever, dating back to my G-W days in the 90's.....the Calvinists won't pack it in by no means, and won't be an automatic W for anybody.

I'm really torn on this WU/CCU game tonight. I hate to ever see WU win, but I think in the long run we’re going to need to have CCU with as many losses as possible in order to get the #1 seed. Then again I could see WU getting hot and not losing more than 4 games or so if they were to win tonight. Also, if WU were to lose both games this weekend (@CCU, @CSU) that would really put them behind the 8 ball with 4 conference losses already. I don’t know who to pull for.

With Holmes out, WU is the tougher matchup for us. CCU is still a very tough team but I think we match up better with them.

So, rooting for WU to lose as much as possible.
