Maybe RD could swing a deal where he says, "If you sign me to coach, you also get my son to play PG for you." :)

I just don't think that is in the same league as say, Wade and Allan Houston when W left Louisville as asst.

We might want to check out some of the assistants from ORU. Successful Christian collegiate program.

If Dunton got a deal with Radford, I think it would renew our rivalry. LU with a rival? I love the idea!

Coach D has been rumored to have been contacted by some much bigger schools than Radford.

The Majors love a coach with head coaching experience. Ron Bradley and Pete Strickland (Radford and Coastal former coaches) are assistants at Clemson. Jeff Meyer is an assistant at IU. Sherman Dillard is somewhere I believe (former JMU coach). RD will make a valuable assistant should he choose to go that route. I think he wants to run his own program though so he may try to get another division 1.

I was really impressed with the article that Chris Lang wrote in the News Advance. It focused on the team's lack of success on the national scene and not the somewhat misleading success that was achieved in the weak Big South conference. Outside the BSC there just wasn't much to go on and considering how weak the Big South is right now it wasn't enough to save Randy Dunton's job. I totally agree with the decision since right now we need to focus on success beyond the Big South even though I kind of feel for Coach Dunton since it looks like the effort was there, a plan was in place, but things didn't work out and after winning the Big South title 3 years ago the whole program went downhill.

You just like that "Laying on of hands " part.
Personally, as a reformed AG'r, I always loved the pick up line "No, I don't speak in tounges but I do kiss that way"

I would not be surprised if RD lands in Binghampton as their head coach. They are 13-15 and will be lucky to get out of the quarterfinal game with Boston U today. Locals in Binghampton are calling for coach Al Walker's job. What timing.

Good thought, WWJFD...
...especially with the recent article in their paper about "The Dunton Effect."
