I agree with the backdrop having an impact on the shooting. I can think of several times when ACC, SEC and NCAA Tournament games have been played in the Georgia Dome for example. I've heard plenty of coaches and commentators talk about how it takes players a while to adjust to shooting there b/c since it's really a football arena and it's bigger that the background is just so much deeper than they're used to and it just takes long. Sure, Liberty should have blown Campbell out of the gym, but the background probably did have something to do with the way they played.
