For those of us who don't know Zeb, how tall is he and what position does/did he play?

Why does he not want to play?

From what I hear, he's happy being an RA and doesn't want to give that up.

6'11 and 255lbs. Power forward/center

37 inch vertical

Bench press--275 lbs

40 yards: 4.6

Plus, he has a better future in Capture the Flag.

It would great to have him, but if his path is to serve in another capacity, I respect that.

Zeb is a really good player but I highly doubt their plans for him would be in a go to scorer role. I think he would help them a lot in practice situations. He is a great kid to have in the program though. I would think that unless he wants to just be a role player that he would be better off being an intramural champion. Back in the day, they wouldn't let our practice players play intramurals citing that they were division 1 players. My point was that they don't dress, they don't play and they don't get a lot of time in practice so they get their real playing time in intramurals. It was a fight that we ended up losing and as a result we lost a ton of good practice players. Given the choice, they would rather play intramurals than stand on the sideline for 20-30 minute blocks before being inserted into a drill. I think it is a tough recruiting job. Especially if he is already getting school paid for in some capacity.
