You remind me of those Bush-haters who post things on Democratic message boards like "I HATE BSH (CAN'T BEAR MYSELF TO TYPE HIZ WHOLE NAME) HE COULD CURE CANCER AND I STILL WANT TO SPIT IN HIS UGLY FACE"

(I actually saw one that said that once... most moonbat posts are like that, only with more spelling errors).

An 8-6 season is a winning one, good enough for a 3-4 seed in the conference, which is where everyone expected the team to be? Why hate the guy for living up to expectations? Why can't you just support him?

At 8-6 I'd be on the fence. While it was a good recovery, the middle of the year was absolutely horrible. 8-6 is still going to be very hard to get to. I will give the man credit for anything good that he does, just like I will criticize everything negative that happens. It goes both ways. People who can't say anything positive obviously have an agenda and shouldn't be taken completely serious. Likewise, anyone who says everything positive and nothing negative has an agenda as well.

We've won two games in a row and .500 in conference is looking like a real possibility.

We've won two games in a row, and until we lose again, everything from my mouth (computer) is going to be positive.

So will we finally learn the cause of Dwight's mysterious hand injury???

1. I appreciate the humor directed toward me. Again, thanks for including me in my absence. 8)

2. I am VERY interested to see if the notable success the guys had last night translates into a revised plan of attack for the rest of the season: we were successful in maintaining an up-tempo pace, were able to score effectively- and played good "D" for all of the first and most of the second half.

why not try it again? If Coach goes to that style of attack- kudo's to VMI for opening eyes around the conf.

Whoa Ed,

You totally misunderstood my tone. I never have said at any time that I'm for canning Dunton. I was just wondering what the so called haters thought. The question was purely for message board fodder. It seemed last week, regardless of what happened that they wanted him out. Although I realize I'm talking about a handful of people. I just wanted to gauge their thoughts after two straight wins and the prospects of the squad finishing at 7-7 or 8-6. By putting the emoticon at the end of the sentence I was just saying I didn't have an answer. At 8-6 I would certainly expect Dunton to return next season. He would deserve it. Incedently, I said before the season started that a finish in the top 4 would be a huge improvement from last season and would warrant a contract extension.

had to listen to the heart-stopping last 3 minutes from Jerry Edwards (about 20 seconds behind the gametracker, by my count)

Medic,

I am not sure but it is possible that the web cast only had a 2 hour window and was on some kind of automatic drop off at that point. That is not inside info or anything but it is a reasonable explanation.

We had this problem regularly a year ago. But it hadn't been an issue this season until the VMI game. But listen to us to complain because our free video feed wasn't perfect.

How did you get it for free? I thought the big south edge had the game on Sat? I know they blocked the Liberty Channel website.
