That is pretty funny Cider. For the record, I have slowed down considerably since 1995 but I still get pulled over for DWB a lot (driving while black for those not familiar with that term ). I had extenuating circumstances for my last ticket. It really wasn't my fault and I should not have gotten a ticket. Maybe LB had extenuating circumstances. I remember one time in Florida, Marcus White was missing from breakfast and when I went to get him I discovered that he was locked in the bathroom of the hotel room because the lock broke and the door wouldn't open. I had to get the hotel employees to break the door down to get him out. So there are circumstances where I could see LB being late but as others have said, until we know why he missed the bus, then it is tough to judge the punishment....And Haize, my teams had discipline. It was the talent and athletic ability that we lacked. The coaching wasn't that great either I guess

For what it's worth here is what I saw during player intros. Starting team introduced,Duton talking to Blair, a discusted,non commital look on Blairs face. I am not a expert on body language or facial features but it looked to me like Blair felt betrayed.Don't know, don't care, just an observation.
