I heard mention on the broadcast last night of a connection between Coach Layer and Buzz Williams. Can anyone expand on the story?

Might that connection lead to a regular series between Va. Tech and Liberty?

They have coached together twice and have a very strong mutual respect and admiration. Read the VT game thread and the articles linked. Bottom line is it will be just the opposite. They don't want to play against each other and it only happened this year because it was decided by the organizers of the Cancun Classic.
