I've never seen Jesse play in person, but watch the games online alot. I live outside of Salt Lake City, Utah.
I've got a ton of respect for him though, as a great representative of Liberty University & Liberty Basketball!
I've been a Liberty Basketball since 1994. The first game I saw was when Liberty almost stole the show against UNC Tarheels in the first round of the NCAA Big Dance. I had never heard of Liberty University. This game was huge at sharing with people what Liberty is all about on the national stage and basketball scene.
I was at a large Mall in Buffalo, NY and everyone in this large crowd watching this game in the sports store were just literally stunned at what was happening and glued to the TV sets about this possible upset by a No. 16 seed.
I pray that Jesse will make it to the Big Dance in 2012. And more so that Liberty will be given so great an opportunity on the national stage to show people about the greatest university on the planet. I spent almost 10 years of my life (1997 - 2006) in the Liberty community from out of that initial seed sowed back in 1994.
Go Jesse Go!
