It takes him two seconds to do that in between warming up and coming back on the floor. You guys complaining about a kid's hair are really getting petty. There are a lot more important things than the way a kid wears his hair on the court.

If it's something that a kid does and it makes him feel good and is within the confines of the rules, why the complaining? Some kid's wear the long sleeve because they like it. Some wear an elbow pad. Some wear hand bands. It's all a matter of what they like. If it doesn't get in the way of the way they play, and it doesn't take away from the uniform, who cares?

If you think you look good, you just might feel better... if you feel better, you might also play better.. If nothing else- it's certainly doesn't hurt or take away from anything so what's the problem exactly??

True enough, but I'd rather a kid feel good about how he plays than how he looks. It isn't as if I'm knocking his lucky socks or headband, because he wasn't sporting a faux-hawk in HS.

Maybe, one of his heroes is sporting that hair- maybe he's seen Cider doing that when getting his lecture game face on.
