What. That's not obvious to people who just started watching basketball last year like Radford fans.

That was pretty funny

I think I'm learning. So using your theory, if a coach wins more then his winning % would go up?

To use the same theory as LUconn used for Seth, it's not just if you win your percentage goes up, its more like...

If you coach until your good player leaves and then bail for somewhere else, then your winning % will go up.

Sound familiar?

3. John Jenkins, 6-4, 215, SG, Fr., Vanderbilt: He's one of the few freshman to make the list. He shot 47 percent from beyond the arc and 88 percent from the line as a senior in high school.

"He has perfect technique, a great follow through and practices ALL the time. He's the purest shooter I've had." — Vanderbilt coach Kevin Stallings
How does a FRESHMAN get the #3 spot on this list???? Personally, I don't see how a freshman has done anything to get on the list, but the #3 spot????

I agree 100% about Barbour at High Point....he will flourish in Cherry's up tempo system, and Barbour was scary enough last year.

Flittner was hurt for a key stretch last year and never got back into rhythm. The best pure shooter G-W has had since Travis Sensabaugh.

Nick Barbour stated his case today he had 38 pts and was 10-11 from behind the arc against uncp

I went to the Arkansas game last night and watched Rotnei Clark and the Razorbacks get beat by East Tennessee State.

Clark hit 10 of 17 3-point shots in the game. Five of his 3-point shots were forced because nothing else was working on offense and he attempted the shots with one or two guys covering him. He could hardly breathe when he crossed half court with the ETSU defensive coverage. If he gets an open look, he is automatic. Over the break, he went to the local high school for shooting practice on back to back days. Out of 300 3-point shots each day, he made 281 the first day and 285 the second day. Color me impressed.

I'll be interested to see how many shots Clarke puts up when the suspended players come back - mainly Courtney Fortson. Seems like John Pelphrey is continuously having to suspend people over there.

I'm not sure how much Fortson will play IF and when he returns. He has all kinds of talent, but just can't make good personal decisions. Fortson in the lineup will improve the OPEN shots that Clark will have.

Yes, but Clarke isn't going to be getting up as many shots if Fortson is getting a lot of minutes because he'll be shooting a lot.
