ccu may indeed finish at the bottom....who knows at this point.

however, for those who buy into the whole 2-stars and 3-stars thing..... according to scout.com, coastal signed 6'4 reshard mcgill and 6'7 samuel mclaurin, both 2 star high schoolers. then they also got mario edwards, a 3 star 6'2 juco player. lastly, they inked 6'2 dexter moore, a 2007 grad (2 star recruit when he graduated) who prepped this year on hargrave's post grad team. three 2 star guys and one 3 star guy all tolled.

those 4 (according to scout anyways) puts ccu's incoming class pretty darn close to the level of lu and wu whom everyone seems to agree may have the best classes.

add to that the trio of sissinni, sexton and logan johnson in the backcourt who've all logged many minutes and starts already...then with harris, breeze and brennan all bringing a good bit of experience in the post....plus a couple of 6'10-6'11 redshirts from last year. i think things will turn out mid-pack or slightly better down in conway next year.

Too many teams are relying on newcomers to even begin to predict next season right now.

Sombody forgot to mention Jourdan Morris. He might be pretty good. Lots of young potential out there but RU may be the power. I think that potential means that "you ain't done nothin' yet".

Simply stated, RU has the most returning experience.

just to help out, at RU we lose colby trent, duane ricks, tyler kleckner, pretty much non factors...........we gain artsiom parakhouski, aaron austin, and masse doumbe, we are adding size and depth. lynch flohr will finally have some help in the post w/ 6'11 parakhouski. austin adds depth to the pg spot. the biggest unknown is this guy doumbe from france, 6'7 guard/forward, nobody can find a thing on the guy. we will hopefully improve a lot from last year, still not on winthrops level, but i think we will surprise some people and get a home game for the big south tourney.

That won't be a surprise to me.

Thanks for stopping by and giving your input on the highs.

i still laugh at the PC will still suck, however you were correct about playing us at home (yall took it to us at your place). we've done pretty well this year, but we're flailing late in the season w/ not really any depth at all. We're losing two seniors and redshirting 1-3 of our starters (still not sure which ones or if all of them will redshirt, which is what is said might happen.. coleman, miller, and johnson) Next year we won't be as good as this year, but i think we'll finish middle of the pack this year.
