Hey everyone, just wanted to get the word out to anyone who might browse this forum. Coach Dunton and his staff are looking forward to this summer for many different reasons. One of them being the opportunity to run camps. This summer the staff will be putting on several camps for every age group.

Elite 40/Overnight Camp - June 19th - 22nd (open to all ages)
This is a great overnight camp. The staff will be splitting the camp into two groups. One group that already has a base fundamental knowledge of the game and working with the group to help discipline their game to tbe the best it can be. The second group will be for players who are still learning the game and wish to better develop their skill set. Any player is welcome to this camp.

Father/Child Camp - June 16th & 17th (open to boys and girls)
Join Coach Dunton and the staff for two days of basketball, drills, and fun competition with your children and other families. Plus, enjoy the many additional activities on campus at Liberty University. Spend the night with your son or daughter in our on-campus housing. Be encourages in your family relationships from uplifting speakers. With access to some of the best camp facilities in the nation, you'll be sure to have a wonderful weekend with your children.

Day Camp 1 July 17th -20th 8am - 4pm (entering 9th grade and below)
Day Camp 2 July 31st - August 4th 8am - 12noon (open to all ages)
Every year day camps provide a great opportunity for players and campers to spend their days learning the fundamentals of basketball. With Coach Dunton's Camp of Champs, each camper will receive individual instruction from the Men's Basketball coaching staff here at Liberty University. This is a great opportunity for campers to spend their summer days developing their skills.

If anyone has interest please call the office and inquire at 1-800-FLAMES1 or email tcromwell@liberty.edu Brochures and emails with further information and pricing are available. We would love to see all the Liberty Flame supporters out in full force this year at camp.

I saw this on the sign out back and was pretty excited about it. I sure hope that father/child camp is still going strong in about 4 or 5 years. Can my 6 month old come? She's got abnormally large hands. No doubt she'll have great touch to finish off her post moves. How much does this type of thing run anyway?

That is true for a couple of reasons BB! 1st and foremost though it is because of how "muscular" I have gotten. The second reason is because our jersey's were obscenely lacking in material! I can't believe how little our uniforms were back then. Thank God for Chris Webber, Michael Jordan and others that ushered in the era of larger shorts and jerseys!
