I don't want to sound pessimistic but there's don't get your hopes up that we're going to keep jumping up in attendance 1000 people per game. We had around 3200 students at the last game. A 9pm game may draw more students, but it's going to negatively impact town attendance. I'd love 5500, but I just don' see where there's a basis for it.

Ya I don't understand why kids will pick a club hockey team that cost to get into the game over a D-1 Liberty Basketball game that is absolutely free, and you can win a free car!

I hate to be debbie downer here... but a couple of things to consider...

1: LU kids won't have an excuse to go to the game only because we didn't give out BEAT highpoint shirts. (and don't laugh i know of a few people who just came to the game because they wanted to wear the shirt.)
2: its not coastal
3: Hockey will not be a factor but the time will. town attendence will be down and you know what that means? student section full babtist side empty.

at most we get 4000 but realisticlly and I hope i'm wrong. but realisticlly i'll say... 3100. yea i said it. 3100

Good point, film guy. I don't know how many can stay up that late for a 9:00 tip off. I took a 2 hour nap so I could stay up that late myself. I just hope the SCAR on TV and JE on radio don't at the mic.
