McKay set us back to a place we're still trying to dig ourselves out of.Norfolk DDS needed me (and any good, experienced analysts) when I left...and they'd take me back in a heartbeat, along with some others. I don't fault McKay for leaving for greener pastures.
No thank you.

That is the only way to get this thing headed in the right direction.I think everyone knows that this is the case, but this is a message board and it's basketball season at Liberty. This is the best thing we've got going at the moment.

Obviously the product has been horrid, and has been really for several years if you take the one hot streak out that go us into the tournament in 12-13. The time has come for a change to be made, but after 60+ losses in three years, who knows if it will actually happen. What will it take for Layer to be let go?
sure layer is a good guy but this is business regardless of it being a Christian university.

He was ready to go and build on that foundation and then Seth bailed. Combine that with his best friend moving an hour up the road and you have a perfect storm.Well put.
It took me a while to see the big picture. I don't think he chose to screw Liberty. I think he chose to take care of himself and his health. He needed these past few years at UVA personally and professionally.

I left my company back in May to go to another company and guess what..as of December 1st I am back with my original company..it happens all the time..hopefully Jeff Barber is reading this..I WANT MCKAY BACK!!!!!!!!!FIFY
