the undefeated duke blue devils (4-0) roll into lahaye friday night for a home and home with flames. duke is coming off wins over UVA and Va. Tech last weekend. game time friday night is 10:30 pm and the road contest saturday is 10:15 pm at the triangle sportsplex in hillsborough.

the guys run into a very tough Duke team as they are playing very well right now.

despite a effort- we lose both parts of the mini- home & home: 4-3 here and 6-4 there.

look for the D2 guys to take these in stride and rebound for NC State!

I had to take a day or 2 to cool off.

Very frustrating games against Duke.
Duke has a good team (just 1) and they deserved to win but the Flames DII has more talent. (cue the sour grapes emoticon)

Our guys are playing very well with the exception of special teams.

The PP is struggling - there is no chemistry happpening.


On encouraging note, the games are exciting, up tempo and entertaining, but the lads need to shut the door in the 3rd.
