Bring 'em on. Let their hockey team get a taste of what is in store for their football team next fall.
I can't wait to catch my first game in LaHaye Saturday night ... even Mrs. Sly is looking forward to it (and trust me that is impressive).

Should be a great contest - hopefully LaHaye will be packed out and LOUD so Mrs. Sly will get the full LU Hockey experience!

it was a decent game.. i was disappointed that the kid didn't get ejected that did a crosscheck to the face. it was right in front of me, he came up like an uppercut and took his mask off. i think a lot of people (including the refs) missed what happened.
in the NHL people get like 20 game suspensions for stuff like that.
good to see a win in front of a decent homecoming crowd

What was the score?

The score was 5 to 2, LU's favor. My sweetheart and I got a kick out of watching the two girls dancing to the musice during breaks, they were enjoying theirselves. BTW my first LU hockey game, I had more fun at that game then homecoming.

Sorry I missed you there, 4ever. Mrs. Sly arrived at the second intermission with the Flames up 2-1. Then they took control of some opportunities on loose pucks in front of the net to pull away.
It was my first experience in the rink as well and I was thoroughly impressed with the setup.
