I was hoping the vcoach would mention the score when he was on the air. But alas, no final result.

The guys won 10-2 last night, in what was not a very exciting game. Tonight should however be very exciting.

You guys down on campus remember the 2nd half of the home and home w/ the Blue Devils this Friday nite at 8PM. Tickets are $5 in advance, and $6 at the door, and can be purchased at the LaHaye Ice Center or the Ticket Office in the Vines Center.
unknown if there will be a radio broadcast of this matchup?

I wish I had one of the UNC F--- Dook shirts.
Edit: To clarify, for those that don't know, there usta be a shirt that UNC fans had that just had a buncha letters on it and when you folded it a certain way it said that phrase. If you just wore the t-shirt then it didn't really say that. Just clearing that up.

I haven't found out. Right now I'm worrying about getting my stuff to start working because I'm flat broke. I just now got the dean at the school I took my appraisal classes at to send me the stuff I needed him to. Now I gotta get the application and all that in.

What a game...It was the first game I've gotten to go to this year...man I dont think I'll miss from now on....Duke's #1 Goalie got lost on the way up here and was late thats why they had some bum in there with a Liberty Helmet on...but the highlight of the night was Mrs. Towns (Dr. Towns' wife) yelling as loud as she could "HIT'EM GOOD!!"

Final was 13-3, 4-1 after the first period, 8-2 after the 2nd, and 13-3 after the 3rd. Dook was tiny.

Half their team got lost on the way to the game... sounded like they were headed toward Charlottesville. Guess they didn't get the memo about our new barn. They had to use a Defenseman in goal for the first 15 minutes until the second van showed up. So they played the first period with only two lines and no real Goalie. By the beginning of the 2nd they were at full strength but by then it was pretty much over. The Dukies played with a lot of heart but they were just outmaned even with a full compliment of troops.
Stoltz played well in the net for us and Wilson got a hat trick. The only negative thing was the number of penalties and the fact that we gave up 2 pp goals. Although we got 3 shorthanded goals, so I guess it all came out in the wash.

The girl I was with took a couple but I don't have them loaded yet. Actually, give me a few minutes and I'll load em myself since she's over here.
