How'd the ladies do against NC State yesterday?

and why has no one posted a schedule, roster- or links for them?

do any of the above even exist?

I meant to get a schedule from Rena the other day but I forgot to.

i keep seeing flyers for their games at lehaye and want to go, but none of my friends want to go, and im not going to just go by myself cuz thats awkward haha

I went to the men's game on Friday night by myself and had a good time. At games it's like everybody knows everybody, that's what's great about them.

yeah but at the womens games theres probably like 5 people? and they dont want to go cuz they find better things to do like go to church or play bocce ball

Couldn't resist this: You know you are on a conservative campus if you ever hear these words (in any order) in response to what to do on a weekend night: "eh, go to church or play bocce ball."

Now, with Italian in the bloodline, I am a fan of the bocce ball...(to channel the Faux Kazakh, "verrry niice.") But that is more of a Sunday Afternoon/Family Reunion/barbecue kind of thing, plus the Italians do it with the liquid courage in hand--right Medic?--ups the level of difficulty quite a bit...

"Well, this one time, at college...we got into a pretty intense Friday night bocce ball shootout, and wouldn't you know it, my RA let an expletive fly when the bocce ball got him square between the eyes. Then he beaned the SLD before the Prayer Leader broke the cricket bat from the the Wal-Mart Special 10-in-1 Lawn Games bag over his head. We call it the Candlers Mountain Massacre. It was awesome."

an updated schedule is a sticky now. the women's team is ranked 5th in the southeast region and are receiving votes nationally. the teams ahead of them regionally are penn st., UVA, delaware, and american. go lady flames hockey.

be great to have someone from the team come over here and update us or post game pix, etc

There was a girl in my English class last semester that played for the team. I'll shoot her an e-mail with the FF link and see if she'll come join us with some information.

nor does the IUP ladies website, nor does the Penn St Lady Icers website

did we even play the games?

ACHA only has us listed as 6-2-0 in a total of 8 contests (duh) and NO results after the 2nd and 3rd

This site has been up for a few months - it was kept up to date for a while and then they stopped updating back in Feb.
The assistant coach is a D2 (or DII as Medic would write) player.
It appears that their facebook is up to date.

Anybody have an update on their schedule? Have they played yet or is the 21st the season opener?

they were fundraising at one of the football games. they stopped by the flamefans tent. the schedule says they start this weekend though.

How many lines do you have to change during the course of the game? Three?

Not to sound insulting or anything like that, but I'm used to hearing about how my Sabres roll four lines constantly. Maybe it's different with women's hockey.

College teams (ACHA & NCAA) typically carry 23-26 players.
Game roster is 20 players, typically 18 skaters & 2 goalies.
You must roll at least 3 lines forwards & 2 D to compete in mens
