Drake product Josh Bergen will continue his hockey career at Liberty University in Virginia this upcoming season.
Drake product and two year Humboldt Bronco Josh Bergen is going to forego his 20 year-old junior season and attend university.
The utility player who can play up front or on the back end has committed to Liberty University in Virginia.
He said Thursday everything has moved pretty fast.
"In a matter of about three days everything ended up working out. I gave it some thought with my parents and we decided that it was the right thing to do to move on and try to get an education out of playing some hockey."
