the 20th ranked pride of slippery pebble visit lahaye for a weekend set with game times friday and saturday at 7:30 pm. SPU is coming off a 4-1 win over mercyhurst and the #6 flames are coming off a weekend split with oklahoma. you only have three weekends to see the guys play before nationals, so get out and support them.

Game One goes to LU 12-6.

SRU starts off with a quick goal off a mishandle by our goalie, then nets another quickes to be up by three with only a minute and ten ticked off the clock.

But then our boys made the comeback.

Masterton with a Hat Trick, and all the boys got in on the scoring. Chung with an amazing SportsCenter goal falling down around a diving goalie.

Oh, and near the end of the game, they take one of our players out at the knees and he goes down hurt, without a whistle.

So Assistant Cap. Dave Semenaya comes to his defense, and picks a fight, at the same time, so does Hendrix.

Both are allowed to fight, and both DOMINATE their fights.

Dave in particular, almost got the guys jersey up over his head, but regardless, he rocked that poor kid from SRU.

There were 3 fights going on at one time, two won by LU and one broken up before it could finish.

good to see we have the stuff to come back- though I'm afraid several of these guys will sit a game for the brawling. ACHA is pretty down on that this season.

Sounds like a good win though after a slow start.
