Watching his tape he reminds me of an anquan bolden pierre garcon type. Possession receiver that works the middle and moves the chains. You always need those guys. If he gets too big you could try him at TE i guess but hes a hair short there.

Id line him up on the same side as the TE in the formation. He has good build for a a Y receiver but I wouldn't necessarily try him at TE even at 215-220
