Which was the reason for the question mark, but I love the fact that we are going after him.

Aren’t we in a dead period until 1/10/19. Not clear on what sort of contact we can have right now - does that mean we can send offer letters but not talk to anyone or simply can’t host or visit their homes until then but are allowed to communicate via phone etc.

Typically HS coaches pass on offers on behalf of colleges during the dead period.
