That's quite the list of offers. Mine as well buy a lottery ticket while we're at it.

Yet we have a coach who coached at that school;that says something doesn't it?

Yes many offers. Guess what we are FBS.
As well, most players want to play. We do have a sell of chances of playing and I think that coach will put out there.
Coach has a successful year this year these 4 and 5 kids he goes after will start the turn on to Flame Nation.
Might not be as tough of a lottery.

Why would an OT being offered by the best teams in the SEC select Liberty?
1. Connections to the HS and its people.
2. Playing time. No red shirt.
3. Coach has sucessifully coached up an OT who was a 1st round draft choice in NFL.
4. Recruit will go from a Christian HS to a Christian University.
5. Coach will train OT in high power offense that is trending up in the NFL.

Whether we land this kid or not, I love that HCHF offered him. It sends a message that we are going to go after these kids because he feels like he can land a couple. Time will tell, but we are stepping up.

Gill and co. Offered several 4 stars. Now if we get seriously considered or get one then yes that is an acheivment. I would offer this kid too but i cant read any more into it.

Both. Ron brown offered a 4 star couple years ago. We caught several tweets about why we were look at that type of talent. Richard Gourguere or something like that. Last name is wrong. DE i believe.

Can’t win the lottery if you don’t buy a ticket.

I have no problem offering 4 star guys schollies. Actually in some ways simply offering big time recruits is a good way of branding, as people start to associate Liberty with P5 schools.
My comment was more to subdue my wishful thinking that we would already have a chance at landing recruits like this.
