I actually had this kid in our middle school ministry at our last church. I have to tell you that he didn't act like an Ivy Leaguer in middle school. But he does come from a terrific family. He definitely would fit into LU culture very nicely.

All 8 Ivies have offered--and LU.

Youleft out Holy Cross. What are the chances TG calls on you to get involved in this kid's recruitment? If he has an awareness of what he can accomplish in our honors program it may help offset the fact that he has all those Ivy League options, and of course here he will get the opportunity to play FBS football.

I live an hour away now and as a result I am no longer around him. But I am in contact with his sphere of influence. I'll make sure he understands what we offer.

Aside from his clean cut hair style, does anyone else think Matthew is channeling his inner Clay Matthews???
