What kid doesn't want to play for his dad? He was a VERY long shot considering the family ties.

You were in a way. Im not sure why he isn't playing for his dad but this kid Withers is...but the family ties will have differing effect on each decision. Josh's situation can't necessarily be compared apples to apples to the situation with Withers.

I absolutely was not painting with any brush of any width. I made a point of putting it as a question and stating I was not sure why he will not be playing for his father. It may not have even been his choice.

I actually think theres a lot of kids that dont want to play for dad to pave their own way. I would bet that after the 4 losses everett was warning his son that gill may not be here to coach him which as a dad i completely understand that concern.

Everett needs to worry about his own job status. After going 2-9 last year, his Bobcats are 2-7, with their only FBS win this year coming against the lowly beach chickens.

Probably true but he has atleast 1 more year. You dont think he used that?
