1. No personal attacks of any kind will be tolerated. - Everyone has an opinion and, around here, those opinions are usually pretty firm. That's not a problem at all. However, if you choose to engage in a conversation or debate with other users, please keep it focused on the matter at hand. Just because you disagree with someone doesn't mean you can revert to playground name calling. We're all adults here, so please act like it. We do, however, note the difference between playful banter and real personal attacks. Admin will be tasked to use their discretion in this area.

2. No Spamming! - We've worked very hard to keep spammers from invading this message board. I have no doubt that we'll have to do more work in the future to keep them out. That being the case, please don't negate all of this work by posting advertisements. If you've got something for sale, please take it to Craigslist, eBay or any of the other numerous sites like them.

3. Make an Effort to Contribute. - While most everyone is welcome, we'd appreciate it if the bulk of your posts were contributing something positive to the board. If you only have negative things to say, if you only come on the board to argue and/or if you're always stirring the pot, then the ASOR Forums might not be the best place for you to spend your time. This is especially true if you're already breaking the first rule. We do understand that everyone gets down, and we're not looking to stem criticism. We're just trying to weed out people looking for a place to dump on Liberty versus the people who are really fans wanting to talk LU athletics.

4. Do Not Copy and Paste entire articles - If you are sharing an article please DO NOT post the entire article. This can lead to copyright issues. Please just quote a small portion of the article followed by the link to the source in which the rest of the article can be read. This not only protects us, but also pays respect to the people who took the time to write these articles. This also includes A Sea of Red articles.

5. Stay on Topic - For example, if the topic is about a men's basketball game, talk about the men's basketball game. This will be strictly enforced so if you see a post removed it was probably off topic. Also if a certain topic brings on a separate thought feel free to start a thread on that topic! This assists in keeping discussions moving in a productive manner. There are also ASOR Chat rooms for all of your banter, please use them! :D

*note: If a post is removed for any reason you will be notified of the reason.

Any violations of these rules will be handled by moderators (listed below). Thank you for being a part of this great community. If you have concerns please feel free to reach out to me.
