There really hasnt been too much to celebrate with basketball in the Seminole the last few years...course Amherst made the round of 8 last year on the boys side along with Heritage and now you have your squad gunning for a regional title on Friday and a possible Glass-Heritage rematch for the boys...things are turning for the better to be sure

Congrats. Who do you face?

We play Lord Botetourt tomorrow, weather permitting, for the Regional Title and seeding. We have our PG back, thank you Almighty, and beat them by 50 over Christmas. Unfortunately, they are playing much better. Then we will either play Bassett or Salem next week at the Salem CC. Win that we are off to Richmond. Lose that we are off to.....well....Spring Sports
